Within our Customer Relationship team, we are recruiting:

Customer Relationship Director

You will responsible for building strong relationships and commercial outcomes with our client accounts and portfolios. You will contribute to commercial goals while ensuring the profitability of projects. You will draft commercial proposals and will manage or contribute to responses to requests for proposals and will manage the contractual relationship, focusing on client satisfaction. You will also manage prospects and incoming leads.

To do this, you will need to apply your digital expertise to our Key Account clients, bringing an advisory and strategic dimension to them, enabling you to bring value and propose new ideas to our clients.

To foster a closer relationship with current clients and prospects, you are also expected to participate in client and partner events.

Finally, you may also participate in the development and internal operations of Backelite, such as: development and improvement of processes, definition of new offerings, etc. Eventually, your duties may also develop into supervision of your coworkers.

You are an ideal candidate if:

  • You have at least 5-7 years of experience in digital, ideally in web or mobile
  • You have strong, proven relationship skills and a good sense of sales, combined with real analytical and listening abilities
  • You have excellent knowledge of the mobile technology market (applications, connected objects) as well as a UX-centered approach

Type of contract: Full-time
